Can you tell us a little bit about your career?

I’ve always been very interested in the internet and the digitisation of different sectors. So, it was entirely natural that I should decide to pursue a career in this field.

I joined the WEBCOM Agency 5 years ago. I didn’t know anything about the hotel industry at the time, but now the subject has become a real passion. I work closely with hoteliers to ensure that their businesses have optimal visibility on the various search engines. This includes the creation of SEO content.

What attracted you to the Maison Mère project?

It’s the human dimension that I find particularly interesting about the Maison Mère project. To highlight the personalities, artisans and artists involved, we focus on the distinctive characteristics of each. Since beginning my participation in the Maison Mère initiative, I’ve come across some fascinating and beautiful projects. It’s so rewarding.

What kind of tone of voice do you give to Maison Mère communications?

Maison Mère has a unique and warm voice. We like to draw attention to our favourites and give them good visibility. We like finesse, subtlety, poetry, and the French language in all its great diversity. Please feel free to browse our latest content and discover more about our world.

Can you tell us a little about a person who inspires you?

I've always liked words; where they come from, what they mean, how to use and play with them... Like many readers of my generation, my love for reading was born when I encountered Harry Potter. I have a lot of respect for J.K Rowling, who has built a very rich fantasy world that has spread around the entire globe. Her books have been translated into 79 languages! Communicating successfully in a universal language that touches all cultures internationally is an achievement I find extraordinary.

Would you share with us some of your favourite things; your artistic or artisanal discoveries of the moment?

For some time now, I've been following an influencer on Instagram called Ciloubidouille. Behind this fun pseudonym hides a mother of 4 children who seems to generate 10 ideas per minute. She creates concepts and produces achievements that bring together all generations! She also shares her daily vision of life and family, her travels and her discoveries... I find her very inspiring.

Getting back to Paris; can you recommend any places of interest to us?

I’m a big fan of the movies. I see 7 to 10 films per month on average. And I particularly like the Grand Rex, a movie theatre where all kinds of events for movie buffs are presented. The little extra offered there is that you can visit the backstage area and take a look at what goes on behind the scenes. We’ve already spoken about it on the Maison Mère blog, so I invite you to read the article if, like me, you love the 7th art!

And finally, how about a cultural recommendation…? What book are you reading right now?

I recently read Out of Sorts by Aurélie Valognes. I really liked this look at the passing of time and the beauty and complexity of human relationships. Read it if you’re looking for something to make you smile!
