Ingredients required for this cocktail
For 1 glass you need:
- 60ml Atopia
- 20ml acai berry syrup
- 20ml lemon
- 1 pinch pink peppercorn
- 40ml hibiscus juice
For the acai berry syrup, 1.5L
You need:
- 100gr acai berry powder
- 1L water
- 1kg white sugar
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat. When boiling, lower the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Filter and pour into a bottle.
For the hibiscus juice, 1L:
- 200gr dried hibiscus flowers
- 1L water
Place the water and hibiscus flowers in a saucepan. Stir until the water is colored. Let simmer over high heat for 10min. Filter and pour into a bottle.
Serve and enjoy!
