From Wednesday to Saturday evening, you can enjoy a creative menu, available in a discovery tasting menu for the undecided. Nectar is the table for regulars who enjoy coming back, and for epicureans who don't like to be bored!
For his third menu, Chef Aurélien Lasjuilliarias proposes a culinary stroll around the first winter frosts. The fireplace and the fir trees with their colored balls gently transport you, into the enchantment of the end of year celebrations... You put on your best winter coat and prepare your palate for a ceremony full of flavors, with a few addictive cocktails or a well-sourced domain. Stars of our plates, the spotlight is on forgotten roots: parsnips, celery and Jerusalem artichokes are looking for their better halves for a culinary waltz that promises great flights of fancy. Regular guests, citrus fruits in full maturity play with their most beautiful gustatory signatures to sublimate the festivities. Surprise! The traditional festive dishes put on their finest finery and make their entrance... it's time for scallops, monkfish, foie gras and duck to create the highlight of the evening. This five-beat waltz ends with a round of milk, citrus and chocolate notes... Good tasting!
