WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MAISON MERE PARIS HOTEL ?

Book our flexible rate with the possibility of free cancellation of your reservation up to 2 days before arrival (before 4:00 p.m. local time).
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the total amount of the 1st night will be charged.

We regularly welcome families with children. On request, we can provide a cot for babies up to two years old (from the superior room upwards). 

We offer a personalized children's kit.
Tourist tax applies to people aged 18 and over.

All of our bathrooms are equipped with: 
Hair dryer, towels, bedroom slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner
Upon request: 
• For free:
Cotton swabs, toothbrush and toothpaste
Not available:
Bathrobe, shower cap, hairbrush, magnifying mirror, bidet, beach towels and pool towels

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED AT MAISON MERE PARIS HOTEL ?

Depending on the rate you select, payment will either be upon reservation or check-in.
At check-in, you will need a valid credit or debit card and an ID.
If you’re having trouble making your reservation contact us and we’ll assist you.

We do not accept cash payments.
All means of payment not listed above are considered unacceptable.
• You need a valid credit card as a guarantee to book your stay online. If you do not have a credit card, please get in touch with us.
• A mandatory deposit of 100 EUR per stay will be collected at Check-in.
• Security deposits are refunded 1 days after check-out.
• We do not accept installment payments.
• We accept payments made for someone else. The full amount of the reservation must be paid at least 1 days prior to check-in, for more info contact staff.

All living areas of the house are equipped with universal sockets.
