Just like Maison Mère, Nectar is a territory of expression that changes every six weeks, according to its favourites. You can enjoy a creative menu, which can be adapted to a tasting menu for those who are undecided. For his first signature menu, Chef Aurélien Lasjuillarias explores the Indian summer. Between land, sea and vegetation, it is a sunny stroll of dishes to share where the latest aubergines, peaches and nectarines mingle with the arrival of ceps, chanterelles and fig leaves.
